Most photos are not really what they appear to be. They are often more art than reality. This one is a fairly extreme example of that. It is not AI or anything, it is made out of real things, but the composition is completely fabricated. I wanted the pumpkins on the log, with some nice fall leaves in the foreground as well as in the background.
Leaves are, well, up in trees. So the only way to do what I wanted was to get a log and elevate it so I could have the pumpkins above the camera so that I could get the leaves in the background. I used sawhorses for that purpose and actually had to tilt the pumpkins forward, which, with the camera below them, created the illusion that they were actually level. I then added a few leaves to the log. I zoomed in close to crop out everything but the capture I wanted. Here is what it looked like in reality:
